How to track your order

As soon as your order is placed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email from us. This email contains your order number and a summary of your purchase. -
Shipping confirmation email
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you’ll receive a second email with your tracking number and a link to track your package. -
Track your package
Click the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email to see real-time updates on your delivery status. You can also visit the carrier’s website directly and enter your tracking number for the latest information.

If your tracking information hasn’t updated for a few days, don’t worry — sometimes carriers take a little time to scan packages along the route.
