All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) after payment is confirmed. During promotional periods or seasonal sales, processing may take slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email once your order ships.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email. You can use this link to follow your package's journey. Please note that tracking updates may occasionally be delayed by the carrier’s scanning process.
Customs & Import Duties
International shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient. We cannot estimate these fees as they vary by country.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. If you need to correct your address, please contact us immediately at plumsandpearls@outlook.com.
Missing or Delayed Packages
While most packages arrive on time, delays can occasionally occur due to carrier logistics, weather, or customs processing. If your tracking information has not updated for more than 10 business days, or if your package appears lost, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving the issue with the carrier.
Returns & Exchanges Due to Shipping
